Refund & Replacement Policy
Effective date: May 5, 2024

We aim for long-term success for both clients and candidates. Because we provide professional services (staffing & consulting), refunds depend on the engagement type below.

Direct-Hire / Permanent Placements

  • Guarantee period: 60 days from start date.

  • If the hire leaves or is terminated for performance during the guarantee period, we will (choose one):

    • Provide one replacement search at no additional fee, or

    • Offer a one-time prorated refund/credit of the placement fee.

  • Conditions: invoice paid on time; layoffs/redundancy, project cancellations, or role changes are excluded.

Contract & Contract-to-Hire

  • You are billed only for approved timesheets.

  • If a contractor is not a fit in the first 40 hours, notify us and we will replace at no additional markup.

  • Early termination requires 1-week notice unless otherwise agreed.

Consulting / Project Work

  • Deposits and completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • For pre-paid hours/support plans, unused hours can be refunded or rolled over upon request (30-day rollover window), minus work already delivered.

  • We’ll remedy defects that are our responsibility within a reasonable time.

Training & Workshops

  • 7+ days before session: full refund (minus processing fees) or free reschedule.

  • 2–6 days before: 50% refund or free one-time reschedule.

  • <48 hours: non-refundable; we’ll try to reschedule once.

How to request a refund or replacement

Email info@narpavi.io with company name, invoice number, role name, and a short description. We respond within 1 business day and, if approved, process refunds within 10–15 business days to the original payment method or as account credit.
